Villa Duga, Villa Bina or Villa Cvita Domenica: which suits you?

We have three villas, and guests often ask which one to choose. They are quite different, so here is an honest guide.

Villa Duga: close to the beach and town

Villa Duga is in Špadići, the quiet residential area just north of Poreč. The beaches at Materada and Laguna are about 1.6 km away, there is a café about 100 m from the gate, and Poreč old town is a ten-minute drive.

The house has three floors with six en-suite bedrooms, a living room with fireplace and home cinema, and a games room. Outside are a 36 m² pool, a covered terrace with a table for twelve and a stone summer kitchen with a wood-fired grill. It is the only one of our villas where dogs are welcome, on request.

Best for: families who want to walk or cycle to the beach, groups who like to eat out in Poreč, and anyone travelling with a dog.

Villa Bina: views and space in the countryside

Villa Bina is a modern villa at the edge of Labinci, a small village in the hills about 11 km from Poreč. From the upstairs balconies you look across olive groves and vineyards to the sea.

It sleeps twelve in six en-suite bedrooms over two floors, and the ground floor opens straight onto a 1,140 m² fenced garden with a 40 m² pool and a covered summer kitchen with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Baredine Cave is 4.6 km away and the beaches 9 km.

Best for: groups who want peace and quiet, big gardens for children, sunsets on the balcony, and easy trips inland to Motovun and the hilltop towns.

Villa Cvita Domenica: the right size for two families

Villa Cvita Domenica is a few minutes’ walk from Villa Bina. With four double bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet, plus a guest WC, it suits two families or a group of up to eight. One bedroom opens onto a balcony with a sea view.

The garden of about 1,100 m² is enclosed by tall hedges, with a 40 m² pool, a covered dining terrace and a traditional stone barbecue.

Best for: two families or couples, smaller groups who want a big pool, and larger parties who book it together with Villa Bina.

Booking two villas together

For groups of up to 20, Villa Bina and Villa Cvita Domenica can be booked side by side. Each family has its own house, kitchen and pool, and you meet for dinner. Read two families, two villas.
