Yes. The nightly prices on this site are 10% lower than the rates for our villas on Booking.com. A direct booking carries no platform commission, so we pass that saving on to you, and your booking supports our family business directly. You also deal with the owners from the first message to check-out.

Villa Duga and Villa Bina each sleep 12 guests in six double bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Villa Cvita Domenica sleeps 8 guests in four double bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet.

Yes, every villa has a private outdoor pool that is not shared with other guests: 36 m² at Villa Duga and 40 m² at Villa Bina and Villa Cvita Domenica, each with sun loungers.

Villa Duga is in Špadići, about 1.6 km from the beaches at Materada and Laguna north of Poreč. Villa Bina and Villa Cvita Domenica are in the village of Labinci, about 9 km from the nearest beaches and 11 km from Poreč old town.

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00. From June to August, stays run Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 nights. The rest of the year the minimum stay is 6 nights and you can arrive on any day.

You can pay by card or bank transfer. A 50% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Dogs are welcome at Villa Duga on request for €15 per dog per day. Pets are not allowed at Villa Bina or Villa Cvita Domenica.

Yes. Every villa has free private parking on the property, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Pula airport is the closest, about 55 km from the villas, roughly an hour by car. A car is the easiest way to get around Istria.

Yes, we can arrange a pick-up on request. Please let us know at least 3 days before arrival at reservations@enjoyistria.com.

Yes. All three villas have fenced or hedged gardens and are popular with families. A baby cot is available on request. The pools are not fenced, so young children need supervision.
