Villa Duga stands in a large, fenced garden in Špadići, the quiet residential area just north of Poreč. The beaches at Materada and Laguna are about 1.6 km away, and Poreč old town is a ten-minute drive.

Inside, 320 m² over three floors give a group of up to 12 plenty of room: six double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a door to a terrace or balcony, a living room with fireplace and home cinema, and a long dining table next to the kitchen.
Most of the day happens outside: a 36 m² pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with a table for twelve, and a stone summer kitchen with a wood-fired grill.

When can we arrive and leave?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00. From June to August, stays run Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 nights. The rest of the year the minimum stay is 6 nights and you can arrive on any day.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome at Villa Duga on request for €15 per dog per day. Pets are not allowed at Villa Bina or Villa Cvita Domenica.

Which airport is closest?
Pula airport is the closest, about 55 km from the villas, roughly an hour by car. A car is the easiest way to get around Istria.
Are the villas suitable for children?
Yes. All three villas have fenced or hedged gardens and are popular with families. A baby cot is available on request. The pools are not fenced, so young children need supervision.
